My boyfriend made pasta bake for dinner I had about 6 pieces of pasta with sauce and cheese kinda regretting it I haven’t worked out the calories yet:s but hopefully I’m under as I ate a healthy breakfast and yoghurt and an apple for lunch. My sister is coming over tonight I’m super excited about it she’s bringing me a new yoga DVD can’t wait to try it out!

If I can go one week with eating 1200 calories or under per day I think I’ll reward myself with something :D 2 days down 5 to go! I only did 10 minutes of exercise yesterday but I ate under 1200 calories.
