Oh dear I feel like I haven’t made much progress lately I’ve been drinking so much tea and eating biscuits because it’s been so cold:( I’m trying to start over today. I’m going to make an inspiration board today to hang on my wall to remind me why I want to eat healthy and clean. I think the hardest park for me is the sugar I get cravings so bad.
Lunch! Jasmine rice with greek yoghurt and cabbage and broccoli around 400 calories:)

My boyfriend made pasta bake for dinner I had about 6 pieces of pasta with sauce and cheese kinda regretting it I haven’t worked out the calories yet:s but hopefully I’m under as I ate a healthy breakfast and yoghurt and an apple for lunch. My sister is coming over tonight I’m super excited about it she’s bringing me a new yoga DVD can’t wait to try it out!
